This layout doesn't use tables. Instead, it uses an external style sheet. This is a simple two column layout with a left menu bar. By modifying this CSS, it can serve as the basis for similar two column page layouts.
This content is viewable by other Web browsers that don't understand style sheets. But, not as a table.
