Blog entries, or posts, make up the heart of your blog. To have a good blog you must first, write interesting blog entries. About once a week sit down for a few hours and visit Blogs in your niche and leave comments on their posts. Why?

Placing photos related to your posts not only makes your posts more attractive to your readers but will also clearly explain to them on what the post is about and also makes your blog stand out from the other blogs. There are many web based tools around these days that can help you in coming up with things to blog about. Some places to check out on your topic to see what news is about include:

  2. Topix.
  3. Yahoo! News.
  4. Bloglines.
  5. Hot Technorati Tags.
  6. Blog Pulse.

Don't be afraid to ask for help. Bloggers are part of a close-knit community, and the majority of bloggers understand that everyone is a beginner at some point.
